Rick Pedersen
Rick has more than 35 years of experience spanning all functions of business across a wide range of industries. During the past 20 years, Rick has focused on applying continuous improvement principles and tools (Lean, Six Sigma, etc) across most business functions. From sales/marketing, finance, product development, manufacturing, and logistics through service and support, Rick has worked in-depth with numerous teams to achieve improvements both within and across their respective groups.
Over the past 15 years, Rick has developed and delivered numerous training modules based upon the adult learning model of Learn – Apply – Reflect. This includes creating and delivering highly effective simulation-based courses that significantly help the adoption of new thinking and processes. Rick has degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Finance and a Masters Certificate in Supply Chain Management. Rick is also an iPEC Certified Professional Coach.
Erin Pedersen, CPA
Erin has over 20 Years of Accounting & Finance experience including Controller positions in a variety of industries. She has public accounting and auditing experience, which combined with her industry experience as a controller, brings a unique combination of understanding of what’s needed to satisfy regulations while also meeting the needs of a successful day-to-day business.
In all of her work, Erin has applied Continuous Improvement principles and tools to drive efficiency and superior customer service. Erin holds a CPA license in Tennessee and a degree in Finance.
Tom Pedersen
Tom’s 30+ year career has spanned several industries and multiple companies from start-ups to Fortune 500. His experience ranges from leading business units and Lean transformations to creating patented, award-winning products and technology. He has led corporate-wide lean journeys including: identifying courses of action, establishing educational classes and instructor teams, and applying his skills through coaching and mentoring at all levels. His work has resulted in numerous process improvements and the design and implementation of many customs software tools. Tom has an MBA, a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering, and a Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering.
